Peter Jones is an artist and designer working across a broad range of media, including ceramics, metal and plastics. Works range from small scale ceramics to public and community artworks.

1981 - 88 St. John Payne School (Chelmsford)
1988 - 89 Foundation Course at Colchester Institute
1989 - 92 BA (Hons) Crafts combined studies at Crewe and Alsager College of H.E.
2008 - 09 MA Design Studies Central St. Martins school of Art
Work experience
1993 - to date Set up workshop producing ceramic designs.
1993 Start work at Colchester Institute. Part time Technician Art & Design
1994 - to date Freelance work model & prop making for TV & film industry.
2001 Senior Technician Colchester Institute (team of 8)
2002 Set up Base2 in partnership with Jayne Knowles.
2005 Base2 became Base2 concept design make Ltd
