TEXTILES AND MIXED MEDIA

Having originally studied Ceramics in Switzerland I have always had a particular affinity to tactile materials and three-dimensional objects. After a long creative break I came back to creative work a few years ago - initially with making my own felt - which led me to discover the wide range of textile techniques and manipulation. These days I work with various (often translucent) fabrics, paper, found objects, using acrylic paint, ink, digital print, rust and stitch as well as making my own collage papers to be used for making artist books.

Regularly participating in exhibitions in the Benham Gallery at Cuckoo Farm as well as in exhibitions as a member of the Textile Art Group Suffolk (TAGS).

Joined Cuckoo Farm Studios in July 2021.
